RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please submit your return or exchange request via email to info@collinsfinejewelry.com

A CFJ team member will respond within 1-2 business days. Please include your original order number and contact information (name, email, phone number). 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

No returns or exchanges will be accepted without prior return authorization (obtained via email above). CFJ does not cover return shipping for returns and exchanges. 

Final sale items: Customized styles, items denoted sale, and special orders cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes special sizing, customized metal options, and all other personalized pieces. 

RETURN POLICY

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Collins Fine Jewelry will accept eligible items for return. A return request may be submitted within 10 business days from the delivery date of your order, and the item must be returned in new, unworn, and salable condition. Return requests received after this 10-day period are eligible for store credit only up to 30 days after the delivery date. 

Collins Fine Jewelry does not cover return shipping costs. Upon request, a return label can be provided, and the shipping fees will be deducted from the return amount. Once your return has arrived to our studio, please allow up to 7 business days for return to be received and processed. Once your return is processed, the original form of payment will be credited for the merchandise amount only. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded. Funds may take up to 10 business days to return to your account. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Collins Fine Jewelry will accept items for exchange up to 30 days after the delivery date. The original item must be returned in new, unworn, and salable condition in order to process the exchange. CFJ does not cover return shipping. 

Once your original order return is processed, you will be emailed a digital gift card in the amount of the original purchase price of the item(s). The gift card does not expire and can be used towards any item(s) on collinsfinejewelry.com until there is no remaining balance. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Collins Fine Jewelry will accept order cancellations within 48 hours of when the order was placed (or until shipping notification is sent). If you need to cancel your order, please email us ASAP at info@collinsfinejewelry.com to process your cancellation.
